How to Read a Supplement Label Like a Pro

Supplement labels can be confusing on purpose. Here's what actually matters when you're evaluating one, whether it's MemoHoney or anything else on the shelf.
1. Full Ingredient Disclosure
Look for a complete ingredient list, not just a "proprietary blend" with no individual breakdown.
2. Serving Size
Check exactly what one serving is (one capsule, two capsules) and how many servings are in the bottle.
3. Manufacturing Claims
GMP certification and FDA-registered facility claims are good signs - but verify them on the brand's own site, as we do on our MemoHoney ingredients page.
4. What's NOT Claimed
Be wary of any supplement claiming to treat, cure, or diagnose a disease - legitimate supplement brands avoid that language because it isn't legally accurate for a dietary supplement.
